Lewis, including Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra (which I mispronounced in the recording), and That Hideous Strength, and of course The F*** It Diet and Tired as F*** by Caroline Dooner.
Speaking of Caroline, we talked a lot about her Problematic Substack (that’s what it’s called, not an editorial comment on my part) and Book Club, which you really ought to check out, as well as her podcast episode with Kara Mosher and though we didn’t mention it by name, her Substack article New Age Demons was instrumental in the phenomenon that we discussed.
